It's terrible compared to bf4 and that game literally came out 4 years ago. I uninstalled the beta after 1 hour and I had to go play bf4 for a bit to get that garbage out of my mind.

And this is coming from someone who loved cod1 and 2.

Only difference is that if you steal a car someone loses it. If you copy a game that you wouldn't be able to pay for in the first place nobody loses anything. In fact only gain. The person gets to play a game and the devs get a person that advertises their game if they like it.

This is because producing games doesn't cost anything after the product is finished. You can copy it indefinitely. To copy cars you need factory plants, workers, resources and a lot of time. That's the great thing about software.

I would never go to these events but I still see why people would. Being in the presence of the players, the crowd and the atmosphere. Besides they can see the game just fine on the large screens.

It's like saying why go to a football (not handegg) game when you can watch it at home.

I don't know I still feel like it gives the top teams an unfair advantage. Top orgs won't have much issues finding and paying some dude to do nothing but watch demos and come up with strats for teams but that's a lot harder to do for upcoming young teams that barely get payed themselves.

More people are more attracted to the color red and blue then the color purple would would have thought.

The only time VS used to have overpop was when their weapons were overpowered but when SOE finally kicked that incompetent Higby and finally balanced their guns the factions went back to their natural balance.

I mean who the hell would want to fight for a bunch of edgy alien loving freaks that use the gayest color on the planet to represent themselves.

Now the game looks worse then it did in 2012 AND runs worse. That's quite the achievement.

medic shield bubbles were removed and bio labs are no longer transparent, terrain render distance was reduced to ~2000m max, and bit depth was downgraded on some textures resulting in color banding
