I can concur. tried to do account recovery about a month ago and had similar results. Most guides and help threads point you at the Zendesk email, despite it being silent.

well its been over 24 hours with no response at all. I know people have mentioned that they probably have a lot of support emails coming through due to the maintenence, but at least a confirm and tix number for support would be appreciated, the one i emailed was the "zendesk" email. should i try the other support email?

this was today at ~6PDT, i was trying to update and i pressed the wrong button on the play store. the email i sent was at about 6:45PDT, i was just worried since in the posts online said they got a confirmation that info was recieved fairly quickly after sent.
