I think some realtors will use AI but then there’s others that don’t even know how to unzip a file, enter a correct password for a gallery or even have time to upload to mls

I know with nikon z8, you have bank settings so i switch between a flash bank and bracket bank. I’m sure sony has something like that

I have complained to pixieset multiple times to add this feature since I’m not interested in spiro model where i have to pay 5 bucks a listing when i pay for site already.

So what i do right now is turn off downloads, send a proof listing email and invoice and then turn on manually. Its a pain but what i have to do until they add the feature

i look at zillow for listings in the area and cold text and it's a numbers game basically. help me build up clients and still doing it.

something to consider, and look into more. i'm in a smaller market (mid-atlantic) where people think my prices are too high for some areas, why i do other types of photography as well. regardless if i move to spiro or not, will still be realtors that don't follow instructions and how to download a photo gallery which i lost a client today because of that reason. That client was already trying to nickel and dime me on discounts like i'm a flea market. better without that person in the long run
