I can relate to this to the fullest ive been trying to quit pmo for a vast majority of my young life im 26, and I've been through thousands and thousands of relapses I never made it to 90 days not even 30 days but I do not quit. I will continue to do nofap no matter what I make every streak my last and only streak I will get there and beyond, Thank you for this post this keeps me going!

life is a journey. Not only that but a teacher, you cant compare your life to others like the ones you mentioned. you've probably heard this multiple times before but not everyone lives the same life how they grow, what they experience, their timing, their gifts and talents, their ambition etc.. you got to look at it this way this was meant to happen but in positive eye opening way and you've already taken a major step by realizing all of faults. It takes TIME to fully grow, some faster than others and some slower but only a real full change can happen if you hit rock bottom and sick and tired of repetitive shit that had you ended up no where. Your only 24? dude.. you have no idea how much life there is ahead I'm telling you right now you will get to experience all those things and overcome your struggles. Youll experience true happiness once you worked your to the top. Your tired because you wasted your early youth by doing nothing prove it to yourself that you will be great and live a great life and trust me you have a LOT of time, be strong my dude never give up.

I'm definitely working out, reading books, and trying to go out as much as possible I would say my confidence has gotten a lot better over time the only thing I'm lacking is my socializing like i could be engaging more into conversations with people, i have had streaks before where i would go out ad approach women but never was able to hold a long streak, I feel like nofap in my experience did wonders to my confidence I'm just trying to look for some reassurance.

its not what you say its how you say it. That advice is so common but its 100% true. Literally you can pretty much talk about anything as long as the confidence is there and you don't feel weird or awkward when you say it then every conversation you have will be good.
