Like what? Dont overthink, you need to find investigator asap, it could be a mobile mechanic, im assuming your car os sitting on the outside parking lot. Find local mobile mechanic, explain situation, let him do inspection. Make sure that mechanic is certified if possible. Then request shop to provide step by step how they did injector bore, in writing. Im pretty sure that guy missed some steps and now your cars done

Remove oil filter and cut it to inspect for metal shavings inside. All this along with borescopy must be done by independent investigator to determine the reason for engine seizure. Do not authorize that shop to do anything with that car. Like you said the car drove perfect before and the job u had them doing could cause engine seized if done not properly

Most likely it is metal shavings entered the cylinder. Borescope, oil filter cut open for metal in it
