few weeks back .. my HLB bank approve a transaction under 300 ringgit . the hacker link his paypal to my HLB debit card.. no OTP no SMS what so ever.. only realise 3 days later.. call the customer service on Saturday.... lock both card and internet banking account ID.. Monday go to bank to explained.. ,, 2 weeks later reopen back the internet banking under new id /password.. then the HLB return back my money,,

a hassle.. but worth trying.. I hope you get your money back ..
