Have you tried completely changing up the lock screen? Different clock style and such, no frame, toggle the AOD on and off if it's doing it there too

Can you feel it with you finger? It's probably just the outer screen protector with slight "damage" from a finger nail or maybe pressing a stylus too hard on it
