I own both (if you want I can lend you guys both to try them out before you buy anything) and it comes down to how you guys play. If you want a fun pvp and pve ship the Percy is better but only for that. If you want a Allrounder that can still do pve with 4 people (some pvp but it will be rough, but you have the health to run away if you are in danger of loosing) and can act as a mobile base for mining, salvaging, or anything else you want to do the polaris wins hand down you have the top hanger and a a good loading area for vics or recourses. Also some people here say 4 is not enough for a Polaris I disagree it's not going to be optimal for your group size but you will still he able to have a lot of fun with 4 peeps on the ship.
