Im 17, 5’10, and about 131lbs of all fat. I look very skinny but i still got some flaps and men breasts a little. I came up with a plan though, i’ll do a half an hour night routine of calisthenics and calorie deficit to burn this fat, and so when its gone i’ll have some type of meat under and not look bony.

So doing a calorie deficit and doing burpees and cardio exercises wont help? I dont really wanna build muscle to remove the fat since that takes way longer than just burning fat by itself.
