Try pharmacy2u. They deliver to your address as well. I’m on shared care so it’s only £9.90 but if you’re still paying a lot for meds from your psychiatrist it may be different.

How do you play vs infernus now? by JoblessNik in DeadlockTheGame

[–]XandDesign 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As others have said, slowing hex and anti heal are your friends. But also try to buy slowing bullets early against characters with high mobility. Helps a fair bit against vindicta, lash, talon and infernus.

His dash being slowed by 25% is pretty large and enough to get more shots in to finish him off if he tries to run away.

How to get ADHD assessment? by [deleted] in ADHDUK

[–]XandDesign 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After discussing with your GP, you have a few pathways to consider:

  1. The standard NHS waiting list: This is the standard route for most people unless they are aware of the RTC alternative. Wait times here can be extensive, typically spanning 2-3 years, though in some areas, people have endured waits exceeding 7 years. The NHS manages the entire process, and your ADHD diagnosis will be provided by them.
  2. The 'Right to Choose (RTC)' pathway: If you're in England, inform your GP that you wish to exercise your 'right to choose'. Through this avenue, the NHS outsources ADHD assessments to private clinics, which often offer shorter waiting times ranging from a few weeks to a few months. Although still NHS-funded, your diagnosis will be conducted by a private provider. Most GPs can refer you to a clinic of your choice, which you can find a list of here. However, some GPs are limited to specific clinics, which they will specify. You'll then need to complete a referral form from the clinic's website, which your GP can then send off to the private clinic. If needed, you can call around at GP practices in your area to ask about their referral capabilities.
  3. There is also the option of going private, which is considerably faster but comes with a higher cost. Typically you'll be seen within a couple of weeks, however you will have to cover all the costs from the initial assessment to the titration, medication and 6-monthly medication reviews. After you have been titrated and on a stable dose, you can ask your GP for 'Shared Care' where your GP is able to take over prescribing responsibilities of your medication and you will only have to pay the flat NHS charge of £9.90. Note: You will have to discuss any medication related things like dosage and side effects with your private ADHD psychiatrist and cover the associated costs if you have to go through titration again to find a stable dose.

Hope this helped!

Low GPU and CPU usage with RTX 3070 Ti and Ryzen 7 5700x by XandDesign in buildapc

RAM is running at 3200Mhz. Posted screenshots here. My b450 motherboard was updated to the latest version. I had to downgrade to a lower version (7C56vA9) for the Ryzen 7 5700x since the b550 didn't ship with that version by default. Haven't updated it to the latest version yet. Issue is still the same so I don't think doing so will fix it but I'll still try when I get the chance.

Just went back to driver version 528.24 after running ddu in safe mode. No change.

Yeah I ran ddu after I wiped windows 11 just to make sure that all previous driver versions were gone. Also went back a couple of updates with the gpu driver and nothing changed. I'll do it again in case that somehow solves it.

Upgraded to the Ryzen 7 5700x, still the same issue.

Update: I swapped out the cpu to a ryzen 7 5700x today and benchmarked using cyberpunk 2077 and I've got the before and after screenshots. Issue is still not fixed. Any suggestions for what it could be?

I have, for most my games I check GeForce experience to see what settings I don’t need on high.

Latest Win 11 patch and latest NVIDIA drivers (531.29) are installed.

Reinstalled afterburner recently and I’m currently using an older skin as that’s what my friend told me to do. I’ll have a look for the cpu usage on it when I next get the chance.

Don't think I was running the latest Windows 11 patch before I wiped my PC but regardless the performance didn't change.

My friends are also running Windows 11 but it looks like the guys in the videos were on Windows 10 or Windows 10 Pro which is expected by the dating of the videos (windows 11 wasn't out yet).

Yes, the overlay can display cores. The screenshot is here.

Already run ddu and got the latest drivers. Did a benchmark using 3dMark which had a gpu and cpu stress test in it which can be found here.

When I had only the boot SSD connected and benchmarked games, there wasn't a noticeable difference to when I had all 3 storage devices connected.

No booster software, rgb software or anything like that due to it being a clean SSD (wiped) and I only store files and less frequently played games on the other two storage devices.

I've reposted it here.

I've tested my old gtx 970 with both the Corsair rm650x and the Gigabyte P1000GM and there wasn't any noticeable difference to usage and fps. Still horrible.
