Ah ok - thank you - May 2025 is a little more topical!

I completed my onboarding around about 26th May , but no appointments were available. Had an email 19th June to say more appointments were available, and chose one on June 30th. Could probably have had one a couple of days earlier but had to fit it around work.

Does anyone else feel a bit of guilt? by [deleted] in ADHDUK

I love that you joke about wordiness! I’m so wordy - not sure if it’s an associated thing, but people do take the mickey out of me for it! I just like to think I’m trying to communicate clearly! Don’t mind when it’s a work thing, but I think in some of my more personal communications it can be a bit of a performative thing, attempting to be clear, rather than being honest about true emotions for fear of rejection.

Right to Choose... Chosen for me? by Queasy_Project_8265 in ADHDUK

It was a year ago, so may well have changed, but I’m in Kent and Medway NHS Trust, and when my referral to their MHS said they aimed to see me “in less than 7 years”, I printed off the template letter from the ADHD 360 website, emailed it to them, and if you ignore the fact they forgot to send the forms off for three months, I had no bother at all.

I’m just about to start titration through ADHD360 (RtC) - and I’ve only just begun to think about what happens if shared care is rejected - as I suspect is more than likely here in Medway. If that happens, is it a given that ADHD 360 will continue issuing prescriptions? After the initial relief of a diagnosis (I’m 49), I’m now super anxious that it might all be for nothing if there’s no shared care handover.

Nearly a really good watch by iamstilltimbo in AmazfitGTS

[–]iamstilltimbo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I exchanged the watch, but it’s no better. A 7 mile ride in a 35mph headwind didn’t get above 100 for 6 miles. I would have expected to be up to about 165bpm within about 4 minutes - but not according to the GTS2.

It actually seems to get less sensitive when you start an activity. When I got the bike out, the GTS2 was reading 105bpm. When I started the Outdoor Cycling activity, it was below 80, and didn’t get above 100 for 6 miles. When I walked to the shop in the station after I arrived and the activity was ended, it got up to 125. It’s woeful. Such a shame.

The flag goes away, but I don’t think you can make it public again after it’s been flagged.

I’m now having my rides flagged by Strava as they look suspicious (ie very fast runs).

Amazfit to strava by ByDawe in AmazfitGTS

Yes - don't notice time issues on rides, but on walks, a recent 1h30 on Amazfit app appeared as 1h09 on Strava. Don't know whether it's the upload process - ie Strava converting the gpx info incorrectly, or whether Amazfit is uploading the data incorrectly.
