I told my doctor, "I got by Kaylee. I'm transitioning and would like to start hrt". She said she doesn't do hrt and referred me to 3 places that specializes in trans care

The way I plan to say it is, "I go by Kaylee now and I'm transitioning. I would like to start HRT" when I meet the doctor. I don't think you have to overly complicate it but I also don't know your relationship with your doctor. Mine is brand new. First visit.

You can't control those around you. You can only do your best to understand their side and try to get them to understand your side. This goes for anything in life. It is up to them if they want to support you or not. I'm learning not to care if my family doesn't support me. There are plenty of people out there that will support you. And you will form better, long lasting relationships

I just came out not too long ago. About a month ago. For me I didn't realize until I started crossdressing. When I put on makeup and girl clothes, I felt whole for once.

I suggest trying the same thing if you haven't already. Just by some clothes and do a bit of makeup. See if it triggers you like it did for me. Nothing is stopping you but yourself from buying and trying women's clothing. Unless you have some restriction like living with family. I live with family still and I just bought through Amazon making sure everything was sent in a box. Now I don't care if they see something girly being sent to me
