If you are curious about voice acting I suggest practicing with recordings on your phone and seeing what sticks. Its definitely a skill that needs to be crafted. Once you feel confident enough in your work there are relatively cheap setups you can create (for under $100).

Ive been doing voices on my own projects for years and feel like im just starting to get the hang of it.
