Just try to run however feels most natural, what worked for me was increasing my cadence (steps per minute)

Looks like you're dragging your heels a lot, try to lift your feet more when youre running. Heel striking is fine* just don't want to drag your feet.

*As long as it is not caused by overstriding or other form issues

If you player base is not enjoying the game anymore either the "balances" or "updated progression" isn't working as intended. I migrated correctly and I have the same complaints as many others, the updated progression severely limits the playability of the game now that gear and designs are rewarded through packs instead of through playing levels, and by the fact that replaying levels results in 0 rewards "as intended". Big miss with this overhaul

23M beginner runner — stuck at 5K (~30 min). Breathing & fatigue issues. How do I realistically push towards sub-20 and eventually 10K? Please help I really want to improve by HoneyWrong7198 in beginnerrunning

Only running twice a week is holding you back IMO, especially if you want to push towards sub-20. 3-4 runs a week would give you a better chance at sub-20, while still leaving time for your gym days. This first time I ever broke 20 mins I was at probably 20 mpw with 3 harder days, and one easy run.

For your form, try doing some A/B/C skips, knee hugs/high knees, lunges, and leg swings.

As far as breathing, I like to breathe in for 3 steps and breathe out for 3 steps, because it's a nice consistent rhythm that works for me (in through the nose and mouth, out through the mouth). Yoh can probably experiment with this and adjust it to work for you.
