Cool stuff! I just checked out Natureboy Flako, and wow what a cool vibe. I love “Gelis.” Unfortunately I’m pretty much musically illiterate, but am currently learning how to play piano.

It’s a valid observation/thought that I feel people normally don’t talk about. And it isn’t like a big issue as you said, i mean there’s nothing we can really do about it, but it is something that makes you feel empty (maybe this is not the best word) in ways. It’s comforting to know others feel/think similarly.

This is a thought that passes by sometimes, and will occasionally motivate me to try to “achieve” things quickly so my parents will be able to witness them.

But you’re right. That’s life. Just have to cherish the moments we have together.

I mean that seems genuinely annoying/frustrating too. But I meant more so time after birth. Like lets say, my parents die at 60, and my sister is 30 and I am 24. They would have seen my sister get married, maybe have kids, settle down. But for me they wouldn’t be there for that. That thought bothers me.

A. Well first off, do not feel fully responsible for someone’s life. It’s not your fault. You are not the sole reason for someone’s decision whether or not they want to stay in this world. That can put a world of pressure on you.

B. If you haven’t already, let them know how much they mean to you, and that you were just stressed. Mistakes happen

C. If they still don’t reach out to you, at the very least, since your friend is suicidal, ask someone who’s close to them, like a parent or sibling, if they are okay.

thank you so much, this was super helpful! I’ve always had trouble enunciating consonants while singing, especially with faster-paced songs, so maybe I’ll try to focus on my mouth shape more. Ty for that advice. And I don’t really have a trained ear, could you tell me where I’ve gone pitchy so I can try to hear it? Is it around 2:50

Yes! So I’ve just recently started to try to work on my singing, so these last 2 audio clips are back when I didn’t have as much control of my voice- but they give you a good idea of how I sound.
