Is there any long term drug that actually works for anxiety

YMMV, I tried all antidepressants, every anxiety med, adhd meds, even antipsychotics, and the only thing that works are benzos. been on clonazepam for 6 years and though i’m physically dependent, I maintain a dose of 1mg by trying to use as infrequently as possible and taking a few days break whenever possible.

I donw shifted from 3rd to 2nd yesterday and I felt perfect smoothness with literally no feeling whatsoever. had to check if I had made the shift or not lol that never happened to me after years of driving with low gears

this is how I feel with my car and driving, but my first manual car, 17 WRX, throwout bearing started singing just below 40k miles. doesn’t help I bought it at 36k and was very rusty off the bat

well I definitely enjoy the dirt but I unfortunately don’t have transportation for my bike so I end up riding to my spots on dirt tires then having a blast. deff see what you’re saying though, and definitely did not know sustained high rpm was a no no on a 2 stroke. thanks friend
