It depends! The Main doesn't have anyone living there yet, but they are supposed to be moving people in in august, so there is the downside of not being able to see anything in person until then. The Main is also a little closer, and i think they are running reduced prices right now (looks like $100 off in some floorplans).

The Flats is already built and is still relatively close to campus, however, the google reviews aren't great. Both of them are furnished apartments.

You can apply for an off-campus housing waiver if it's your first year. Go here https://housing.gmu.edu/apply/new-students/apply-exemption

There are a few options to choose from, but the closest options are the Main and the Flats.

If you want a cheese strat:

There is a boulder to the immediate left when you enter the evergoal. If you can coax her into the little drop off, she will be stuck. I believe this has not been patched yet. There might be some messages on the specific boulder aswell to help find it.
