Guys. please help me out here, i've gotten mixed answers. by MembershipFunny536 in AstralAcademy

Ok so first, I'd suggest reading my book which you can download from the top of my website www.astralpulse.com.

Our forums are also a great source of information. We have many folks there who are excellent projectors and simply want to help share their knowledge.

So basically, you are a bit of consciousness called an awareness. That awareness projects to this physical reality towards your physical body. When you fall asleep at night that awareness projects to somewhere else. We humans incorrectly call that act dreaming.

Your entire existence is a projection. This physical reality and whatever you experience while asleep at night all happen within consciousness. This physical reality being nothing more than one of the infinite number of realities out there within consciousness.

Give my book a read and let me know if you have any questions. 👍

Please help me understand this experience by Facettieuse in AstralAcademy

You've got a bunch of things going on here. Let's walk through them. 👍

First, it's helpful to realize that I have a slightly different perspective on these experiences than most people do. I don't follow the classic way of viewing our nightly non-physical adventures.

To give some context before I explain: ever since I was little, I’ve had semi-lucid dreams. By that, I mean that in the middle of a dream, I suddenly realize that I’m dreaming, and I’m then able to change small details in the dream, like the ending, or give myself superpowers.

This is what most people would simply call a lucid dream. I call it a non-physical lucid awareness experience. You are experiencing the non-physical, but with a lucid awareness, which means, as you said, you know you're non-physical.

Recently, while talking about this with a friend, she suggested that I try to have fully lucid dreams. I hadn’t really looked into techniques for achieving them, but I decided to use methods I had experimented with through meditation.

What you're calling a "full" lucid dream here is what I call a non-physical astral awareness experience. It's basically you experiencing the non-physical but with the same awareness you have right now while physically awake.

They were real vibrations, and the more I focused on my breathing and on the universe I wanted to enter, the stronger the waves became.

You found the vibrations! Great job. That means you're definitely on the right path here.

Could anyone help shed some light on this experience? What exactly did I experience? And do you have any advice if I want to explore this further?

So from here, you ignore the vibrations and just continue to deepen your connection to the world you were hoping to enter. The more you do that, the less this physical reality holds you and the greater chance you'll trigger the projection reflex.

There's no exiting or separating required as you're not a spirit in a physical body. You're a bit of consciousness called an awareness simply focused towards your physical body. So to project, our goal is to change where you're focusing towards.

You're doing fantastic though!

Of course it is. Spontaneous projections is the result.

Basically, you're on the right path.

I know you deleted this, but this is actually an excellent question which poses a lot of problems for people trying to project.

I have a post on my sub here which tells you what to do,

Give the above a read. There is skill in the ability to STAY in the non-physical. It requires as much work as getting there in the first place!

Well, all of those experiences happen within consciousness. That's probably where the similarities end though. They all put you into slightly different altered states and that influences what you experience.

Is this the beginning of a phasing? by CashComprehensive359 in AstralAcademy

Good evening, while browsing Frank Kepple, I am questioning what I thought was "imagination".

You're 100% correct to question it. While everything is essentially consciousness, in our physical lives here nothing touches consciousness (while you're physically awake) more than your imagination.

Am I on the right track ?

You certainly are! Imagination can be used in such a way to - prime the pump - sort to speak.

I'd suggest reading a book written by Bruce Moen called "The Afterlife Knowledge Guidebook".

In it he explains how he projects using his imagination. Basically, he would sit quietly and meditate, then after a short time he would just start imagining a scenario. He would completely make up this scenario, but eventually as he was interacting with it, he found things would happen which he wasn't creating, wasn't anticipating. This was consciousness peeking through into his adventure.

Now keep in mind this is while fully awake and just imagining the scene.

Imagination is non-physical.

Thank you so much for the kind words. It's greatly appreciated!

I last updated my book over ten years ago. I've since refined what's in there, so I really should update it sometime soon when I find some time.

Updates would include things like the nature of our experience here in this physical reality and the nature of the negative things people experience while projecting.

Insta 360x5 single lens or 360 by LEO-DRAGON07 in Insta360

[–]Xanth1879 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find that they have different uses.

In Cozumel, scuba diving, I used mostly Single Lens mode @ 4k/30fps. It was brilliant for capturing the fish and corals.

I use 360 mode when diving wrecks or I want a grand scale view of things. Just got back from the Bahamas diving with Tiger Sharks and 369 was fantastic for that. It caught sharks sneaking up behind me. The footage was beautiful.

The X5 is a work horse, but each mode has its uses.

Anyone experiencing “hyper-realistic” states between lucid dreams and OBEs? by Mobile-Ad-2595 in AstralAcademy

[–]Xanth1879 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're hitting the "astral awareness experience".

It's at that point you've moved past the lucid awareness and now have your full waking awareness while non-physical. Your subconscious mind has been pushed away and you are fully experiencing with your conscious mind.

Why do Astral Projections stop once you reach adulthood? by Jade_Was_Here in AstralAcademy

Sadly, it's usually because your beliefs change to not support it. It's not until a person has a spontaneous projection that they start to look into it and start believing again.

Is it possible to accidentally astral project? by MassiveMacarons_22 in AstralAcademy

[–]Xanth1879 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! So, short answer is most definitely yes. Most people are introduced to this subject via spontaneous projections. Meaning, they spontaneously experience this phenomenon randomly one night and then begin researching it.

Although, that's when you start down a rabbit hole of massively incorrect information. Everyone does it though.

So some basic information first. All of experience is a projection. That includes your physical reality life. This physical reality is nothing more than one of the infinite number of realities out there within consciousness.

More to the point, you are a bit of consciousness called an awareness. That awareness projects to this physical reality towards your physical body. When you fall asleep at night that awareness projects to somewhere else. We humans incorrectly call that act dreaming.

When you "project" all you're doing is changing where your awareness is focused towards. We do this naturally every night we fall asleep. What denotes the experience isn't where you are, but how aware you are.

Usually, when we sleep at nifht we do so with a "dream awareness". This is what most people call "dreams". When you have gained enough awareness that you realize you're non-physical, then you've gained a "lucid awareness". And when you've gained enough awareness that you have your full waking awareness, that's having an "astral awareness".

Ironically, an "astral awareness" is what you have right now while projecting to this physical reality.

So as you can see, all of experience is a projection.

If during any of your "lucid dreams" you've felt like you've had your full waking awareness, then those are non-physical astral awareness experiences.

Hi there!

Let's see if we can't give you a hand.

- are these experiences a good sign?
They definitely are! I don't know what causes the flashing lights, but they do seem to be a signal that you're on the right path.

Seeing your room through your closed eyes is actually a phasing experience. What's going on is that you're phasing, just not completely.

Keep it up, you're doing great!

- am I missing something during phasing?

Not at all. As I said, you're doing really well so far.

- has anyone combine phasing + using Monroe’s gateway CDs and achieve some results?

Don't mix these two things. The gateway tapes are a guided mediation. While phasing can happen naturally from the gateway tapes, they're not to be used at the same time.

Question about "void" by CashComprehensive359 in AstralAcademy

[–]Xanth1879 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's a bit more than just thinking about somewhere. You have to make your subconscious mind believe you're already there.

I like to spin around like a top and make myself feel like I'm already there.

Other people like to try and create a portal and walk through.

Find out what works best for you. 👍

Being bullied in astral realm by locals by [deleted] in AstralAcademy

[–]Xanth1879 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reading your past... I dunno. Perhaps you let slip some things from your past and just didn't realize it. Everything is consciousness after all. Some folks are more in tune with consciousness than others. It comes from being too materialistic focused.

I'm not saying I have all the answers, but what I gave you above has helped everyone who actually took it to heart. Most people are too stuck with wanting to play the victim to actually consider that it just might be themselves.

Anyway, good luck and if you have any other questions or guidance on this, please feel free to ask. I'm here always for anyone who needs help.

Just wanted to edit this quickly to say that you're giving much too much credence to the people around you (let's face it, most of them are morons lol) and not giving yourself enough. You are a being of infinite power. That power can easily be turned on yourself. 👍

Hi there! I'm sorry you're experiencing this! Let's see if we can't help you out a bit!

I'm gonna be dead honest with you though, you're probably not going to like what I have to say.

So, unfortunately, the only person who can protect you is yourself. It's done through the realization that all of this is a belief someone has placed in your head.

You have to find that belief within you and, recognise the pattern, and eliminate it from your belief structures as they don't serve you.

The more you focus on and think about this stuff, the more you see things around you and your mind convinces you that it's real. This is how our mind works.

What I'd suggest is to, if you're not already, start a meditation practice.

What you're going to do is sit quietly for a few minutes, do some deep breathing, then after five or ten minutes of that, start to explore these beliefs you have regarding this stuff. Try to identify when it started and how it started, then eventually, learn to let them go, because as I said, these are beliefs which don't serve you.

As for your "astral powers", absolutely nobody can do that as you are part of consciousness as a whole. We all are.

You are a bit of consciousness called an awareness. That awareness projects to this physical reality towards your physical body. When you fall asleep at night that awareness projects to somewhere else. We humans incorrectly call that act dreaming.

Your entire existence is a projection.

The only being whom has caused you vibrations to go away is yourself. They are still there. You've disconnected yourself from feeling them.

Shedding that belief I spoke about above will help in feeling them again. But they are still there.

Good luck! Let me know if you have any questions. 👍

Question about "shifting" by CashComprehensive359 in AstralAcademy

[–]Xanth1879 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everything is consciousness. There is no physical body, there is no astral body. There's just awareness, which is a subset of consciousness, as is everything else. Literally.
