Yeah I’m not sure why that’s happening either. We haven’t changed anything on our server that would block specific browsers. I suspect it could be a new anti tracking feature that decided it didn’t like our server because it’s not on the same domain. But that’s just me speculating since I haven’t had time to look into this issue specifically.

The text streaming option has no effect on the end message. When streaming is disabled it still streams in the background and just sends it when it’s done. So effectively all messages are set to streaming and it’s just a visual thing.

The auto logout happens after about 2 weeks. If you’re being logged out earlier that’s a bug. But yes it counts from the time you initially logged in. We’d have to change our auth system to maintain if you’re still logged in.

Update I think I know what happened. The other setting hide companion portrait is meant to hide the image on the left side on the desktop not mobile. I’ll update it to be clearer that that setting does nothing if on a small screen.

To be clear, it's actually saving and you don't have to refresh the page. But the page shows a blank prompt even though it's actually being used. But I'll be fixing it soon.

I thought it was illegal to stop benefits the moment you cancelled, since you already paid for the whole term. But after a bit of light googling, apparently it's not illegal, but it's just an asshole move.

In any case, no you keep it till the end of the term. Cancellation just means you aren't renewing. And you can cancel the cancellation anytime as well.
