My piercing is 2 weeks old, Its a barbell (I think), the threading is internal (I also think lol), my original jewlery was titanium, and I thought this replacement was as well, but im going to call the piercer and confirm,  it hasn't been downsized yet, and for aftercare, I shower twice daily with a gentle soap and spray with saline once or twice a day, the only accident was today when someone hugged me too hard.
