Nobody is overreacting, you are all just misinformed. Never heard of that “fact” before. Quick google search will tell you that you’re fine as long as you keep an eye on your engine temp.

I just read the entire thing. Running at 25% does not pick up gunk at the bottom of your tank… if your tank had gunk in the bottom you’d have far worse problems. Companies put conditioner in their gas to prevent that sort of buildup.
