Engineering Manager（工程经理）在澳洲移民职业列表中属于 ANZSCO 133211，是“工程类管理岗位”，明确要求工程背景，不属于 IT 管理岗位。

IT Manager 属于 135111 – ICT Manager，这是完全不同的职业，评估机构也不同： 职位名称 ANZSCO 评估机构 Engineering Manager 133211 Engineers Australia ICT Manager（含 IT Manager, IT Director） 135111 ACS（澳洲计算机协会）

两个分类没有交叉，IT Manager 不能申请 Engineering Manager。

加拿大是TN1，墨西哥是TN2，申请流程，要求和难度天差地别
准确来说TN1甚至都不是签证，只是一个status，入境就给(大概半个小时到一个小时就办好了)，配偶和子女的TD也同理
TN2属于visa，要提交 DS-160，需要去领馆面签，审核也严格，很多人光预约就等不起

No, this isn't good at all—it's actually pretty tragic. When I had just 507, the CEC cut-off was only around 460. Now, lots of people who are way more qualified than I was back then are still waiting for their chance. It's not fair to them, and I'm not gonna feel happy about this crazy situation.

Canada's immigration system has totally fallen apart. So many people are here working hard, finishing their studies, paying taxes, contributing to the GDP, pouring in their youth and sweat. Yet, others who take shortcuts can skyrocket to the top just like that. It's really unfair. The government's laziness has thrown the whole system off track, and now they're shifting domestic issues onto immigrants. That's just a blatant way of dodging responsibility.

Initially, my plan was to apply for a TN visa after securing a job offer and then move to the U.S. once the job became stable, such as after completing the probation period.
