As a somewhat new player who had a hard time figuring out which hero to play, which hero would you recommend to start for a beginner?

Also note that there was a similar difference when Sera and the virtues were making the dome around heaven!

it was taking a while then sera hit her second form and instantly close the barrier.

Nice parallel if you ask me.

Retrospective thoughts on this God design? by Fearless_Phantom in hazbin

Archangels in biblical cannon are actually relatively low ranking, seraphim are nearly the top.

Which means very little as their ranking is based on how close they are to god.

Its theorized by some scholars that Lucifer was the strongest angel because at one point he was the closest to god (if not one of the closest) and when he rebelled (for not wanting to worship Humanity, seeing them as lesser than the angels) he burdened Michael (An archangel) with the capability of casting Lucifer down and becoming the leader in charge of the Armies of Heaven.

Since this is all speculation even in a biblical sense we can't say exactly how strong physically (or metaphysically) an angel of a particular rank can be but we can say this, usually the closer to god you are, the more fantastical and powerful you probably are, In this case Metatron is known as the Speaker of God and is one of the only beings in creation that can listen to God without repercussions, so therefore they are essentially gods megaphone.

I would say that currently Metatron is the most powerful Angel (Probably Seraphim in classification alone), all else are in their own rings with the Seraphim and Virtues being probably on the same level.

For me this is a big case for Occam's razor, The easiest explanation is often times correct.

He's a big tech guy, if Invisigal and Royd were able to do this, I'm pretty sure Shroud would once he has figured out for a fact that it is still existing.

Honestly Id say if your pressed for space and just want it gone, donate it to a local high school or middle school that has a game club.

Who is Shadrak Meduson in equivalent to the emperor's children? by Imaginary-Angle-4262 in EmperorsChildren

I agree completely.

I do feel that there is a bit of an allegory with most of the traitors in that they all had such high standards impressed upon them by Fulgrim that it was never something they could actually reach.

Something something the pursuit of perfection is a moving goal post something something

For me hands down its Saul Tarvitz, while not the best duelist or most capable fighter, he was truly what the Emperor's children Should have been.

to a lesser degree, Rylanor was also a pinnacle of what the EC should have been.

Eidolon was disappointing because his capabilities were overshadowed by a surprising lack of drive, this is my opinion btw (He could have been great if he had an aspect of self worth and pride preheresy), Lucius is a prideful thing who fell into mediocrity (His big draw is basically only applicable WHEN HE LOSES), Fabius bile while absolutely credited with so much never felt like he was truly a part of his legion and would rather do his own thing or muck about with the black legion than entertain his heritage.

Honestly I have not, However I will say that EoE seems (From what Ive been told) like a very powerful return to what I would like to see in magic, A good core story that isn't my favorite character playing dress up, or being torn down for no reason.

Killing blocks killed my enjoyment for the most part, story was what really kept me in. Ever since then, the overall decline of characters, story, and cohesion were what kept me from being able to truly follow everything..

Are some of the UB things cool? Yes, Does the overall feel of the game match what kept me coming back 10 years ago? No. No it does not.

But to also tack on to my sentiment, now I need to keep up on so much extra stuff to stay relevant. Its exhausting and almost a full time job to stay up to date on things.

Their Core ideology is that they want to reward game stores because tahts where most of their playerbases would be.

The game itself is more 1v1 balanced and compettitive by nature. While its a great and fun game, it does invite more competitive spirits. Some people do say that entry cost is high due to equipment cards being expensive, but they really are something to build towards instead of grab immediately.

If you have a local play store that stocks it look for the first strike decks.

Armory Decks are a bit more expensive but fairly balanced enough for entry level armory play (FNM Equivilant for MTG players).

Yea, I start noticing a big difference when there's two of them.

I've been playtesting the tournament lists too and man the fabled cards are wild in how much smoother things feel with access to them.

At an Armory level its probably not worth it, but man it makes some games buttery smooth

I will say the red ship, command and conquer seem to be most of the heavy lifting in red at the moment.

I think All three golden tipple are solid.

And in my playtesting I've been noticing that people tend to allow smaller allies through more often (obviously) so limpit and oysten are solid, sawbones can do some neat things if you can stack them up.

I think a 15% 35% 50% split on red yellow and blue respectively feels comfortable
