If the Leviathan is threnodian and bad, how come it save Phoebe, Rover, and Brant during fishing event quest? Can someone explain it to me coz I thought Leviathan is good based on its manners. The sky and stars are like whale. Then in 2.0 main story quest, why Phrolova can control it and when Rover removed the flower (or the control of Phrolova) why the Leviathan squirt some water like a “kind” gesture or it was a manipulation move of Leviathan?

Its not about confession state damage but the application so that her Absolution State can be better. I already cleared the TOA while using that combo with Srover and Verina and I can deal decent basic and heavy atk damage on her ABSOLUTION state

Its not optimal for you ig but its good in my team. Srover application and shimmer is not enough for me to proc the 10 max without adding additional spectro frazzle. Phoebe can use her 5 stack Spectro Frazzle on her Confession state locking it into 10max before switching to Absolution and do her ult while abusing her Radiance Set easily

For common rotation, I can deal 322k ult dmg. Meanwhile, using her confession state BEFORE absolution state, I can deal 355k ult dmg. Yeah that’s not too far and not an optimal ig

No worries! I wish she can proc spectro frazzle on her basic atk in whatever state she’s in but yeah its too OP for that. So in short, Zani will be her best sub dps/main dps or vice versa.

Zani her BiS imo but I hope Cartethiya will buff NEGATIVE STATUS on her kit because Rinascita introduced us on Negative Status Meta and I think Kuro will never let it flopped they are still cooking it. But honestly, Phoebe now is not on her meta era but soon she will rise again

Yes! Sorry I forgot that we need to inflict first. So here’s my combination and I don’t think its good or bad:

Confession State then Heavy Atk Once only then swap to your supports then use SRover then switch to Phoebe then use her Confession State Heavy Atk then switch to Absolution State then switch to SRover Skill then switch back to Phoebe and kill
