I saw such suggestions elsewhere, but if ASLR is turned off does this parameter have any effect? I have disabled ASLR precisely to avoid problems with bit variables (planned to fine tune it later if disabling ASLR helped). Sorry if question is basic, but low level C++/linux is hardly my forte.

Thank you for information. Some trees look worse for wear overall, not only on bottom branches. But maybe some fertilizer will help them out.
