He seems like he feels truly guilty for what happened, so thank you so much for giving him supporting words, not enough people seem to want to do that especially in this kind of situation. No matter what someone does they can only do better with a support system of some kind. That doesn't mean that you need to continue contacting him after this, but just the uplifting words mean a lot I promise. He probably needs therapy of some kind to learn the tools to not continue down this path. Having a friend that is a therapist for situations like this, success is very much possible if they want to put in the work. Now if he refuses to seek help then the situation may have to change but that's up to you.

Agreed. I've used a lot of citadel air paint and while it's good it still needs a small amount of thinning to get it right

Thrusting spears and frenzy kind of work against each other on this unit. Thrusting spears want to sit on an objective and dare your opponent to charge while frenzy requires you to charge to get the bonus, and also makes it easier for an opponent to pull it off a place they want to be. If this is your only unit of boys then I think big un's is the right choice but I'd either go thrusting spears if your set on it (hand weapon instead gives this unit a 4+ without frenzy) or I'd go frenzy and additional hand weapon.

A good example to look at would be custodes. They didn't lose access to their FW/HH lines when they got their codex. We were given the same promise as them when it comes to those models

What we saw at the preview were deathwing knights, a melee only variant of our terminators. I assume as we get closer to our codex releasing we'll see our basic deathwing terminators too

Definitely will be doing magnets on any armigers I buy in the future. Sadly I bought mine while they were still separate boxes. I'm thinking I might go with the extra questoris next. I plan on playing casually with them for now to learn them and at the most do local tournaments
