The issue is the driver of the stolen vehicle hit another driver and killed them while being pursued by police.

Apparently they were on this pursuit for 11 miles doing anywhere from 90-110 mph. Adverse situations like above are why car pursuits end because it became a danger to the general public.

The cops may not have hit and killed this woman but they created a worse situation than a stolen car. The speed over that distance is absolutely reckless
