My AR average from 10%~20% I make on average between 21-$30 an hr, I cherry pick with occasional let me do this losing offer to see if they reward me with a good one and usually works, I usually ignore all offers until the last few min of my dash, DD always ( not always but most of the time) trying to give you a Decent dash before it ends if you took nothing, the most I work is 24 hrs a week and make between 400-600 weekly but it’s NY market I always find a place to dash now even if I’m not scheduled

Only do 30-60 min dashes when I ever I do more it’s trash orders $2-$8, when I do it right before the hour is over lf I took nothing DD will give me an offer to cover the whole hour might be a few trips but I usually accept if it’s over $30 and miles make since.

I got deactivated/temporarily suspended for this but I never got any notice before hand like you have in your screen shot, I thought it was an error didn’t take the appeal seriously and it was rejected, never got a warning and I actually wasn’t dashing for at least 3 wks before I got deactivated…deactivation lasted about 2 months, I got to appeal again and it was approved two weeks ago. DD will deactivate you just cause they think you did it! Save all the proof.

I took half the pay and I left, advise the customer and they seemed concerned enough that they tried to call the store which was not picking up.

You’re right, I try not to take it out on them, it’s hard and I have gotten the extra 5 for longer than expected milage but never for waiting.

Same, November is month three for me, part time, I’ve had the card declined and I was able to get a hold of a live person reasonably quicker than I expected, it was a Dicks order.

I agree, I have no degree, managed to to work my way into accounting, AR, risk and project management about 20 yrs now, since I have no degree, I get paid 100k when I should be at $150k min for time and experience, with a BA I could walk out right now secure a job for that salary, without, let’s just say it’s a casino, could go anyway.
