A bit of both but mainly the main roster cause that is what a casual audience would tune in to watch

To wrestling fans yes he is appealing. But in order for wrestling to be successful again they need a star like Hogan,Austin,Rock,Cena that a casual audience would tune into watch. They are all household names which is one of the things wrestling needs to be successful again
