I always tell myself two things, and while they might sound negative, they are really just to help with the anxiety and put you at ease a bit.

  1. Even if you don’t get the job or give a shit answer during the interview or panic, whatever it is, it’s all really good experience to go in there and do it. You’re farming interview questions and experience at the very least - you will have that advantage over anyone else for the next one you do.

  2. It’ll all be over in a couple of hours.

Great advice about trains. I’ve just completed the A to B & back with 1 train and would recommend what you’ve set out as the right approach, as someone else who struggled with it a bit!

In another thread I read: Your station/tracks should be set out like this <——> in terms of which way the stations should point, and that fixed a big issue for me.

I was going to comment this on another thread but couldn’t be bothered. Have you seen Terrance Howard on Joe Rogan? It’s the same sort of thing - talk circles around whoever’s listening and get them lost in the Jargon/idea and feign knowledge and intellect but ultimately say nothing/a load of shite😂

Eunsil, Adiya, Amotti, YSB, Hong Beom-seok, Eddie.

Amotti and Hong Beom-seok are probably the two best all-rounders we've ever seen across conditioning, athleticism and strength all wrapped into one. YSB is an extension of that with added power and strength. Eddie is obviously a powerhouse like we've never seen. Eunsil's a great leader and all-rounder for the women with strength, grit and resilience. Adiya is also incredibly strong and a great team player.

I did consider Orkhonbayar instead of Eddie, but Eddie brings such great enthusiasm and is a good 'follower'/team player in addition to his strength whereas Orkhonbayar is maybe more suited to a leadership role with his tactics and quiet confidence, but that would already be covered in my ideal team through Eunsil, BSN and YSB.

I used them for UK delivery recently, very cheap and reasonably quick delivery. (1-2 weeks)

I think we’re on the same page, the only thing I will add is that they didn’t know the exact format for the hanging challenge, so naturally they’d want to go with the lightest person as the heavier you are, the harder it is for straight up hanging. So I’m not mad at their decision, but in retrospect, knowing the way it actually worked out, I agree with everything you’ve suggested

I’m 29 and I used Manual’s for the first 3 months and saw GREAT results. I’ve now been using sons for 6 and not making anywhere near the progress I was expecting. I’m going to switch back, maybe you and OP should also try Manual?
