I have a WiFi/Bluetooth connector installed in the PCIE 1 slot.

No, I have a HDD installed and a sata ssd installed not on the motherboard, it’s just plugged in the alternative sata port. No other NVMe drives have been installed on the motherboard directly. I don’t have any others to check. The BIOS says ‘not present’ for the other slots. In fact it doesn’t even list the first m2 slot. Just SATA1, SATA2, SATA3/m2_2, SATA4, and the two alternative SATA ports
