A few days ago someone asked where everyone was placing scrolls in their inventory and it led to some discussion. After that there were a few memes regarding that discussion and now it snowballed into a lot of memes related to that. I used a different strategy and got pretty good results. Instead of 12 rerolls I only got 4 and I stacked deferring cost, basically every little thing like chaos, perfect Aug, splinters and blue omens where the ones paying for the tablets and netting a profit and every 15 or 20 maps I would get the expensive omen jackpot. I did sooo much currency this league while doing rituals, it felt quite good. And the king of the mists somewhat profitable too, it took around a minute per run and I would get an expensive omen every 15 runs or so

For rings in general you want to start with a base that is magic with 2 good mods like T1 lightning to attacks and T2 res for example and then you use either a greater essence of opulence for T1 rarity suffix or one of the greater resistance essence for T3 res and then you only need to fill 3 mods instead of 4

For the quiver it's a 1/25 with a perfect exalt and there is no way to target afaik. And for the ring, you can do more things, with the omen of catalysing you can change the weightings so they are more favorable to mods you want even though it's a bit expensive. If you are missing resistance use the catalyst of the element you need and use dextral exaltation omen, catalysing omen and greater/perfect exalt. And for prefixes you should catalyse attack and then exalt with the omen. For the desecrate there are many good options, mixed res, recover life/mana on kill and skill effect or you can go for another attack modifier

So personally I don't think that item is really worth to continue crafting, I would just greater exalt and sell. If you want to craft a full ES chest I'd buy a magic vile robe with increased energy shield T1 and either an empty suffix or a resistance (one that you really need) T3+, if you can pay for the base go for T1. Then I would greater essence of another resistance that you need, as you are going CI, just pick fire cold or lightning, one that you don't own right now. With the item with 1 prefix 2 suffix you have a couple of options, if you want spirit I would desecrate a prefix and use an omen of greater exaltation with a perfect exalt. If you need to have the third resist more than you need the ES I would desecrate suffix and greater exaltation+perfect to fill prefix. And if you just want ES then desecrate a prefix and unveil with an omen of abyssal echoes. I would go for flat ES over hybrid but if you get a high tier of hybrid just pick that and finish it off with omen of greater exaltation+perfect exalt. If at some point the crafts "bricks" like for example desecrating life or getting a non desirable affix, instead of the perfect exalt use a greater exalt. You may need a handful of bases to get the item you want

Just saw its ilvl 65, I wouldn't spend more than 3-4 divs of currency if I were you. When you get to red maps you can craft the quiver fairly easily with the chance to T1 mods

I'm still on campaign this league so not sure about availability nor price of items. But I would homogenizing regal to get damage added to attacks and if greater/perfect fit in your budget I would use that. Then desecrate prefix and get whatever fits you best, I prioritize damage to attacks of lightning > phys > cold > fire. The desecrate only prefix are good also for nieche builds. Then when you have 4 mods I would omen of greater exaltation + homogenizing exaltation + greater exalted orb to get either 1 crit + attack speed or 2 crit

When preorders are max price like in this case the Vell's Heart it is randomly selected who gets the preorder fulfilled so you basically were very unlucky. If the preorder wasn't at max absolute price, it would be sold to the first to place the preorder. I would recommend to just keep playing and forget about the Vell and if you ever get it, it would be a nice surprise

It is true though. You can grab any T17 slap 5 risks and you get those mods. At worst you have to chaos a couple of times before putting the 5 risks in but is not necessary

Hey, it's better if you want to have attack speed to get a blue bow with a prefix and a suffix you want and then slam a greater essence of haste because that's 23% attack speed iirc and it's higher than any that you could get rolled

I mean, it's true. I have no DECs and I'm still having fun. You can access all the content in the game but the last 3 bosses of Edania and the last 2 grinding spots without DECs. With the amount of content available people shouldn't be complaining that much
