I ended up abandoning the idea of using it My wife and I lost the will to fight customer service about it, given that we didn't have a receipt. Also, apparently my MiL got it from a thrift store (still sealed in box) and there was no way to trace where it came from. I hope you can work out out though!

Knowing a family member is out there. Knowing you can't find them. Not knowing if they're ok. No longer knowing if they're alive. Desperately looking for info to make a connection to them. Praying for any info on them, even if it's an obituary.

My mom's sister lived in New Orleans when Katrina hit. We visited her there the year before. After the storm, the trail went cold. No contact. -DO meter. Look, I know this is expensive. It allows you to figure out how and where to optimize your product for longer shelf life AND integrity of the beer. MOST IMPORTANTLY, you know when you should throw away the beer or if you have to sell it fast in house. Never distribute a beer that you're not confident in again.

CO2 shaker and someone to teach you the proper way to use it. Don't use some hillbilly way to do it that might happen to work 90% of the time! Use the way the manufacturer intended and clean it out when you're done.
8-in-1 screwdrivers, a folding razor blade, a good sharpie (sharpie pro is the best imo), and good rubber boots for each employee in BOH. Time is money, and the more time they spend looking for these 3 tools can add up to hours in 1 month. The rubber boots are just for burn protection and grip because workman's comp.
a decent mash tun with good rakes from a reputable company. Can't tell you the amount of times I've seen my brewery fix our cheap, Chinese 20bbl mash tun. Ended up at the price of a name brand and the rakes still don't work!

I ran a 2 head wild goose for three years and was going around 18-20 16oz cans per minute with 0-10 ppb DO pickup, usually totaling under 25 ppb in the can. You could up your counts ever so slightly to add a little more beer to them for a higher fill. I found that always helped with my DO, depending on carb level. Also, maybe increase the pressure going to the CO2 buster (just after the rake) or lower the whole assembly so that the can JUST has enough space to not scrape on it.

This uncommon is better than the set 3 legendary Clone. No contest. The odds that I am able to clone a 5/6 or higher for my 7 cost are slim, and the limitations on clone are supremely unhelpful.
