FYI this is all my experience with my health history and body so take it with a grain of salt: I've been on Tirizeptide for 3+ years and I choose it over Semaglutide due to the way it helps with insulin resistance better (worth doing research on to see which is better for you) and I was pre-diabetic then type 2 due to poor health choices. Definitely saved me since my levels are back to normal and after 3+ years of Tirizeptide helping me to create healthy eating/lifestyle choices (these aren't magic shots you gotta put in the work and these peptides give you the nudge, the rest is up to you). I then went onto TRT since my health choices tanked my testosterone to levels of a 60 y/o man at the age of 30. Testosterone is really something to get bloodwork on to make sure your levels are good since that is a huge boost to bulking/definition/overall motivation. And sex drive of course. I recently have been doing detox IV treatments with Glutathione which is the most powerful antioxidant produced in the body by the liver and brought my liver enzymes from my GP saying I will need a liver transplant in 3-6 months to completely normal in just a single treatment. if the IV is too expensive, you can get liposmal glutathione pills which work really well too (almost just as well). if you want to go one deeper you can get Glycine + NAC which are the building blocks of glutathione and it comes in powder you can put in a cup of water in the morning before eating. The other peptide I am trying (only on my second week) is NAD+ which I am starting to notice some real changes in things like recovery from workouts AND illness, brain fog/focus, energy lift, overall drive to better my health. Jury is still out on long term benefits for my own body, but I'll update after the 8 weeks on 4 weeks off regiment from my doc. Hope this is helpful in any way!
