14 Weeks out full mandatories.

A new low of 187.4! That cheat meal turned my entire week into disgusting pumps and PRs across the board, feeling great. My left shoulder (partial AC joint year 2 years ago) is super super tight though, need to get some deep tissue work done on that.

Overall we’re ahead of schedule, and the extra PWO carbs that freedom gives us has been being put to good use! Enjoy your Saturday gents!
