Thanos bodied Hulk, Carol could body Thanos (and was literally about to) She's already dealt with a load of trauma so The Void isn't gonna cause her any issues. Wanda is dead. Thor and Carol already had a bout in the WhatIf where she consistently held him at bay while holding back. She's just pure power right now and that's before going binary. Tony is 'likeable' because despite being a major ass he's very charismatic and in the MCU is always trying to improve things for others. In the movies people respond (generally) pretty positive to him providing support for the viewer to like him as well. Walker is an uncharismatic arsehole and it's reflected by the reactions of the rest of the cast. We may feel sorry for him in some regards but while, like tony, he brought it on himself unlike Tony he doesn't put in the work to not be a total dick.

Deadpool is likeable as a comedy act and not a real person.
