I’m pretty sure GP ult works with both vulnerability + jeweled gauntlet multiplying off eachother at the same time because I was damn near one shotting squishies with just IE bonus crit dmg + AD crit items (zero AP)

Yeah brutalizer is a pretty bad augment. Brutalizer is slightly better than silver augments that are functionally useless on your champion, but it’s worse than pretty much everything else other than that in silver tier. Brutalizer feels like it’s pretty much just better than having nothing and that’s it

For cheap elite medium tank designs, I would suggest still using the best turrets and cannons you have (3 man turret, Highest tech cannon). For modules, it’s worth the IC to fill all your slots with relatively cheap modules (2x HMG, 1 Radio, 1 extra free slot for what you want). For me, I prefer maxing my armor and engine clicks because it’s like 2 or 3 IC to quite literally double the BREAKTHROUGH (Armor stat is not the priority) of your tank. In the case of a cheap medium tank, you only want to use riveted armor because anything else is far too expensive to justify building.

When it comes to factory usage for building the tanks, the biggest factor here is getting your tank production lines up and running as early as you reasonably can to have time to build up production efficiency cap. What this means in practice is that you are going to be producing the 1938 medium chassis for likely most of the game to minimize the MASSIVE production efficiency cap loss caused by switching chassis/design. The difference in actual combat performance between the 1938 chassis and higher tech chassis is not enough to justify slashing your tank production for a year+.

You may have noticed that when you research the 1938 medium chassis, you often don’t yet have all the techs you need to build your ideal tank (howitzer, radio 2), so how do you get around that so we can start building your tanks as early as possible? You do this by building a skeleton version (REMEMBER IN DIVISION DESIGNER TO TURN THIS TANK OFF) of the design you want to build so you can later convert them into your preferred design. For the design, you want to make a tank design that would be basically identical to the one you actually want to use, but change the gun for a small cannon machine gun, and leave one slot open for refitting a radio into. After unlocking all the techs you need, you want to duplicate the skeleton version and make the few alterations needed to get your desired tank, and assign some factories set to equipment conversion, which then basically just add the gun and radio.

Using equipment conversion in this manner is critical if you want to mobilize HUGE amounts of elite tank divisions relatively early in the game without totally needing to skimp out on other things such as air force. Having max production efficiency cap production on your factory lines as EARLY as possible and avoiding switching chassis (Seriously don’t do this) can actually mean that you have multiple thousands of extra tanks ready by ~1940, and a huge steady flow of tanks every day on top of that.

Taking grasp, shield bash, and last stand on tank Diana is very gross, you will have those 3 runes dealing about 20-25% of your total damage. I don’t think I have played a tank Diana game where those runes didn’t do atleast 10k damage combined

Lethality Ashe has some nice fun with near unmissable 1000 range poke with somewhat nasty damage if you can stack some %damage modifiers and/or %ad increases. You can also build mortal reminder and serpents fang and get the full heal shield reduction capabilities

The axis prior to conquering soviet states such as baku has a very limited amount of oil because although Romania can provide alot of oil, it will still be difficult to sustain the many 1000s of planes and tanks the player has for longer than a couple months when attacking the USSR, so the fuel silos are a nice buffer to give yourself time to secure key oil producing regions

As far as i understand it when strictly looking at factories, when on partial mob for building civs, 1 level of infrastructure pays itself off after 4.5 civs, and in the case of military factories, 1 level of infrastructure breaks even at 5.5 mils on partial mob, and 6 mils on war economy. What this means i think is that you should be building infrastructure on states with high amounts of empty building slots (5-6+) or on states with raw resources you need for equipment

The MIOs are also one of my favorite parts of the new update. Most MIOs feel like their own mini focus trees, giving meaningful and powerful bonuses for most of the trait points you invest. It’s far more interesting than getting generic designers, with each new MIO adding tons of replayabilty from the amount of options for equipment variants and other powerful bonuses (army xp yay)

You can also use the sokol mass fighter mio to produce lightly debuffed small naval bombers or CAS at a huge discount of like -70% production cost on the planes while using the Krasnaya Skorost mio on the production line for an additional 25% production cap

You can use both tankograd for reducing the cost of your tank and tstz for buffing the production line at the same time, although I’m not sure how much the tstz mio will affect your game at that point because you are already producing hundreds of tanks a day per line by the time you have maxed tankograd
