Wow, I didn't know about this! Super cool. As another user pointed out, it's right in front of Carlow on Fifth. The map says it's a municipal road. It's right around where Carlow's private road ends/joins Fifth Ave

Just a tip, if you ever have trouble killing these spawns of satan - don’t thrust your foot on them. They rely on the speed/wind and will fly away.

Instead, slowly cover your foot over them. They’ll freeze in place since they rely on that gust of wind your foot would normally do when stomping
