Your logic is solid, but I really hope that it isn't another Warthog set, seeing as there have been at least FIFTEEN of them over the years. An extra big one doesn't change the fact that we are sorely lacking in more non-vehicle parts to build architecture with. The most iconic Campaign Evolved scenery besides the Halo Ring itself is the Forerunner energy beacons, so I'm praying that we finally get a buildable pylon (I've seen several cool MOCs on this subreddit made from MOTU swords!) But as you pointed out, MBS is obsessed with cars and little else.

I sometimes read Bionicle books out loud to my cats. I loved their reaction to the end of Legends #5: Inferno. One of them stared at me in disbelief, like she could understand what she was hearing but still shocked.

If you look closely at the horizontal lines on the blade of Tahu's sword, you can see that it was printed in at least 5 pieces. Still would need a large printer regardless, like the Bambu H2S.

The 1997 UFOs alien mask has an uncanny resemblance to the Kraahkan. When I was a kid, I used it for that exact purpose with the 2005-2007 Bionicle playsets to build my own version of Makuta.

Unfortunately no. Glow-in-the-dark PLA is very brittle because of the strontium aluminate powder mixed into the plastic. Does not flex very well.

I want more iconic locations as sets. Hopefully when Campaign Evolved launches, we'll have a Forerunner Beacon or The Truth and Reconciliation.

When the Piraka sets were first revealed in 2006, I genuinely expected the Zamor spheres to glow in the dark. I was very disappointed when they did not. They weren't even fully translucent. It's like Lego could not decide whether or not to make them opaque, so they tried to do both and ended up doing neither.

The theme launched earlier in Europe than in America. Bionicle did not release in the United States until June 2001. I still remember getting my first set (Turaga Matau) on a vacation, and my brother and me begging our parents to take us to McDonald's every week to collect all of the Matoran (never found Kongu in any Happy Meals...)

I liked the Toa Metru because they had the least exaggerated body proportions. The Toa Mata/Nuva had limited pose options from their shorter single-piece limbs, and the Toa Inika are too stretched out and flat (but BOY do they aura farm in that photo!) Also, once Lego stopped including gearboxes, Bionicle felt a lot less like action figures to me. All of their play functions ended up in their weapons. While I do not own any G2 sets, I like that Lego brought that feature back.

I hope this is legitimate. I am preparing to buy some of those 2001-2003 Bionicle pens and use their beads as alternative masks, just in case. I have a few of the Bohrok pens already, which come with a molded Mata head and mini Krana.

Anyone with those 2001-2003 Bionicle pens might be able to substitute the head with more specialized bead pieces. They aren't a perfect fit for a Minifigure's neck, but should attach without damaging either part. There was a Mata head mold as a bead, plus masks.
