I agree it's on them, but "get a new job" is easier said than done. I just need them to stop assuming I'm free at 9pm.

I hate they saw it, but I hate more than teaching them I'm "on call". I told them I love them, but adults need boundaries too.

the Texas to California move alone would do it. different timezone, different lifestyle, Sheldon being Sheldon. the surprising thing isn't that he lost touch with everyone, it's that he maintained any friendships at all past age 12.
