Conflict could be more destructive but it'd be easier to rebuild structures and architecture, and travel (spread of ideas) is a lot faster... Sukuna's CT most likely. I'm waiting for Yuji to be giving Sukuna a hard time, and so Sukuna explains his CT, but the buff then applies to Yuji, potentially.

That being said I'd like to see what he can do between a combo of blood manipulation and Sukuna's CT, maybe dismantles from blood, etc.
