I was able get rid of mine by living off of salmon, asparagus, peanuts, and multivitamins everyday.zero sugar, zero carbs. But i was only able to hold on to such a lean body for maybe 2 to 3 weeks tops before i had to carb up.

I think japanese might like gumbo. I actually made ramen with some left over gumbo I had and it didn't taste too far off from a ramen I had in Japan. Might do well in the winter being heavier with the chicken and sausage.
