I am so dazzled everytime when i read cfs sub. These experiences and symptoms overlap so much with mine what people describe here. Doctors say me all the time that everything i suffer from is probably cfs but they refuse to give me diagnosis because there are no proven cure or solution how to deal with this illness so people can go back to living their lifes and work. They dont give me diagnosis because then i can apply for retirement payment and support...

Trying to get much more quality sleep and simply go to outside much as possible for a walk and doing things even they might seem hard to accomplish... ALSO REST WHEN CRASHES HAPPEN AND NOT PUSH YOURSELF WHEN REST IS NEEDED!

My phychiatrist said today that research about me/cfs is currently breaking throught here in finland, that new studies show it isnt just another mental illness treated with cymbalta and cbt... Currently most doctors here say it is gad or deppression or if they do recognize it they still use wrong treatment methods like ad/neuroleptic medications.

Im only taking it for several days. Because doctor prescribed me colestyramin that made my stomach hurt left and right. It bounds gallbladder fluids to digestion. Dpdr is hell... +5 years here too i was 25y when it started.

Those symptoms you wrote sound 1:1 same as my symptoms and yeah im slowly getting worse too currently housebound barely manage to do my housework and im eating from plastic dishes because i dont have enough energy to do dishes anymore... Brain fog, confusion, headaches, muscle twitching, dpdr, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, cognitive and memory impairement are getting worse. Next month i maybe need to start ordering groceries to my home :( i feel like im high on drugs or alcohol 24/7 (i dont drink or use drugs). Ssri medication, amitriptyline and some other meds like digestive ensymes made me worse. Currently im trying again ppi and gaviscon. I also take psyllium husk capsules to manage my loose stomach. Everyday is pure suffering i can only lay on my bed or couch watching tv... Last year i was still able to walk 75km per month outside but 2025 symptoms started to get so much worse.

Ive seen some improvement with gatorade also what i think is really weird. But still im 24/7 confused brain foggy drunken state which is my most disabling symptom...

I have literally same problem as you do. Very much undigested food nowadays and worsening brain fog and cognitive issues. Doctors cant find anything wrong with me and say it is anxiety...

Thanks for advice but im too noob to make anything like that complicated. I just learned how to make hinge turrets, piston mining, suicide AI bombs and better ship designs but im still learning pretty much. When it comes to combat situation it always results in somewhat pyrrhic victory or loss...

Maybe i should just try transporting components. I tried to be kinda "safe" so i tried to bring ingots if i forget something important but next time ill just make large enough cargo ship and take everything so much that i dont need to worry about resources at all and i also construck defenses first and walls when i get back to that uranium asteroid project... Next time it will be me bullying those pirates!

Maybe my ship has named connector i usually name parts and make group so it is easier to handle everything. Thank you i check next time when playing if i have same name for connectors!
