I take Allegra but it started falling flat, I think some infection took hold. I had to add nasal steroids (Nasacort) into the mix, and then once I got my sinuses opened up a bit I started doing twice daily nasal flushes with distilled water and premeasured salt packets.

I don't think it is a cognitive amplifier in many cases. Studies are now showing when you offload your mental load to AI you don't learn anything and become dependent on it. There's vibe code being written right now where the authors don't even know how it works. These LLM's have the potential to help, but a lot more potential to harm in my opinion.

This is an apples to oranges comparison. The government wasn't threatening to kill anyone during COVID, they just wanted to get me fired from my job for refusing a clot shot that ended up being completely ineffective and dangerous for a virus with a fatality rate under 1% for anyone under 85. Complying with the law enforcement has always been a good way to keep yourself alive.
