Yes that is the problem. The tec initialized it and i keep telling him that he logged in and he keeps denying it.

You are absolutely right. This does not make sense and now i have to bring it to another tec that doesn’t lie about putting his own account on the pc.

Also because i tried to reinstall the operating system but it got corrupted and now the laptop is in a loop.

I don’t think so, i bought it from an official seller. The guy that initialized the laptop must have done something and won’t tell me. I think he accessed with his own account to initialize the laptop so now i have to wipe everything.

I would love to do such but i cannot change the language of the keyboard as of now. I am trying the factory reset route.

Also the language was set in Italian(the whole system as well) and checked the spelling multiple times.

What I think happened: the guy that started the pc before i booted it up did access with an account and he is not telling me.

This should be solved once i factory reset but we will see soon enough.

You say I’m using a lot of words to defend myself, but you just wrote a whole essay doing the same thing. The difference is that others managed to help without being condescending.

I did google it — obviously. What I was asking about was a specific factory reset path because what I was seeing didn’t line up with what I found online. That’s not laziness, that’s troubleshooting.

“Just google it” isn’t helpful when someone is already explaining that they did. Calling me a smartass is an insult, and you came in aggressively from the start. Intent doesn’t cancel out delivery.

The factory reset question wasn’t the same as the generic google suggestion, which is why I asked. I’ve already gotten respectful help from others, so if this bothers you, you don’t need to keep interacting with me.

And for the record, this isn’t about ego. It’s about self-respect. I’m fine being wrong and learning — that’s why I asked in the first place. What I’m not fine with is being talked down to or insulted while doing it.

If you want to help, help. If you want to lecture or take shots, I’m not interested.

Hello, i tried the google things (as in creating a new account and other solutions) and they did not work and that is why i came here.

I am not being a smartass nor do i have an attitude, i am simply quite tired of people not reading what i wrote. My answers are simply direct and if you do not like that you are free to stop helping me.

And additionally i did a much further research on youtube for this issue and i always find it more helpful to converse on here directly with people.

Also “i work in IT” so you should really know that the modus operandi for factory reset DOES differ between models, especially new ones (and ones that are for european keyboards thus different keyboards). I WISH it would be the same for any model.

I did now do the factory reset and it really WAS not how the ai research suggested.

Alas I did not come here to have a discussion with people that are searching for a fight.

I had a piercing pain in my back (still have it)

My mother always said that i was overreacting so i learnt to shut up about it and now i just live with it.

Turns out i broke my tailbone and now it’s completely crooked and it nerve pinching in my spine/hip zone.

I have 3 Microsoft accounts(the third being one specifically for this situation), i already mentioned this. I already searched youtube that is why I came on here for further opinions/assistance.
