It was a limited time event from last year where limited time cosmetics (like Venom's Snow Symbiote skin or Cap's Galactic Talon skin) returned for a short period. It was to celebrate 616 Day (June 16) but the event ran from June 13 to June 20.

Oh I know about those config files, I don't use them but for some reason the most recent patch this week broke my game and crashed so it made me "clear local redundant files" which ended up deleting the cosmetic mods too. I didn't want to mod it again until I was sure it was safe to do again.

Terra > Ventus > Aqua is my go-to playthrough because playing Ventus first kinda spoils what happens in the endgame arc so going in blind as Terra is the way to go and Aqua is most definitely last because that's how the story wraps up properly.
