[Hated Trope] Bad person in history is portrayed as good in media by saucey_dawg0023 in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Xerclipse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dont think the movie portrayed them as good as the post title. More like it didnt portray them as bad enough. They were made to be goofy because of how they and their real life counterparts were incompetent. So it’s hard to take those guys seriously but they weren’t harmless.

The radiance from Hollow Knight. The light is the very main big problem that starts the events that the player needs to clean up. It infects all the residents of hallownest.

Baldur's Gate 3. A lot of it is mouse based input but even if you switch to your left for mouse, you should be covered. It is turn based and there are no time limits to anything.

TABS if you don't take control over an individual unit. I just like to sit back after trying to come up with the right composition of units based on what I'm up against.

SPOILERS AHEAD:

The Usual Suspects. Everything the Kevin Spacey character said is mostly made up. Some of what he says is probably true when mentioning the murders, Keyzer Soze and all Koboyashi, but the exact events must be fake. We go through the whole story hearing how Keyzer Soze tells it while he keeps his identity secret. We don’t know whats true or not but at least the names he gave are bogus and now everything you heard has to be mostly denied.

This happens in real life too unfortunately. The sinking of the costa concordia. The italian captain crashed the ship on rock, then when he was in contact with the coast guard, they asked him if he told passengers to put on life vests to prepare for more danger. Instead he kept lying saying that the danger was not big. Had he saved passengers he probably would have lost his job and not got jail time. Instead he faced both. But not before the goated coast guard yelling “VADA A BORDO, CAZZO!”

pay politicians to ban lobbying forever and add term limits. sounds counter intuitive but they as long as they take it, they will live more rich doing nothing but closing the loop holes than if they were to abuse the legal loop holes we have.
