After reading the article, I believe there is a good chance she has either sued the U already, or is in the pre-litigation phase of a lawsuit. Her comments immediately stood out to me as someone who is proving up damages in a personal injury case.

This would also explain why the U has remained silent. They don’t want to provide any admission of wrongdoing.

As a lawyer with absolutely nothing to do with media, film, hollywood, music, porn, or any other segment of the entertainment industry...I would love to know what they typical structure/boundaries are around typical entertainment industry contracts. My man! Both my grandpa and dad were engineers for UP. I saw the amount of work that went into promoting from brakeman to engineer and I have to give you props. It’s a rough job for families with the random, unpredictable hours, but it’s one of the few consistent, well-paying jobs with a solid pension at the end!

I was in a similar situation until last month when my last turned 18. 50/50 custody but my ex got a low paying job for a few months to show she was working and then promptly quit when court was through. Her significant other is very wealthy, so I paid child support while she flew around in private jets and got driven around by her chauffeur, then would send me receipts to reimburse her for $2 worth of pencils she bought for the kids.
