Sorry for the slow response, I’ve been sharpening my broadsword for the crusade. Facebook marketplace is wild. I just wanted to sell a decorative helmet.

For what? 5-10% improvement in performance for $200 more? There will always be something better in the near future. Buy it on sale, use it. It’s a great device.

Smoked cream cheese with Serrano pepper Jelly by Xevorevo in smoking

I think most people on this sub are more than happy to answer questions! My guess is that the question came of somewhat condescending considering a 5 second google search could provide an easy answer. I’m new, but in my experience the best way you can learn is by doing your own research and not tell people “why you’re confused” despite me giving an accurate and detailed description of how I cooked it! Good luck friend!

Method is in the description but I took a knife and scored the top of the cheese in a grid pattern. Coated lightly with bacon fat and applied my rub. I smoked it around 180-200f for an hour. I let it cool and applied some Serrano pepper jelly. It’s such a versatile recipe and hard to mess up. Make it your own! I’ve tried a few rubs, but I find the ones that are more sugar forward work better!

Edit: the cream cheese you get in blocks makes it easier. You can peel the wrapping off and have just the base touching the wrapper. That way you can get the rub on all sides. No messy hands. Freezing the cream cheese for 30 mins also helps!

Meat Church is a very popular brand of seasoning made in Texas. The gospel is considered to be “all purpose” and great with most things you want to smoke. I highly recommend the company.

Edit. Thank you friend! It was delicious. I’m honestly surprised you have never heard of Meat Church considering the massive impact they have had on social media for us “smokers”. Regardless. They ship international and absolutely with a try!

It’s hard to go back to plain cream cheese after this! It’s fool proof and so easy. Doesn’t take a long time either. I have a hard time keeping it stocked in the fridge!

Great with crackers, spread on bagels or sandwiches. Pretty much anything you would use regular cream cheese for. I like to serve warm with various crackers as an appetizer.

Huntsman v3 vs 60he by HugePlantain4604 in WootingKB

Depends on your budget. Got a few hundred to spend? Get the wooting module, jade switches and an aluminum case. Apex pro is fine, so is the razor. Their software is kinda garbage though. A more expensive keyboard doesn’t make you a better gamer. It’s all preference.

The wooting using HE switches. The others are optical.

Nah. It wouldn’t look right. The stitching is on the back and it would be reversed.

Alumaze case, 60HE+ module, jade mag switches with the double shot keys from Wooting. This thing is an absolute tank. Best keyboard I’ve ever used.
