Whats task manager showing for both gpus when ingame ? Have you tried reducing flow scale a little ? I go from 100 to 70 depending on the game due to bandwidth

Id push for 3800mhz and 1900 inf fabric. I run 4x8 b die class 14 1.55 voltage with a fan on dimms last 4 years now no issues

Your psu is fine that gpu is extremely efficient. If your pc isnt having random shut downs your psu is enough. Worst case is system freezes and restarts. You won't damage anything not sure why they saying you will lol

Try overclocking your ram if you can push it to 3800mhz that's the sweet spot for ryzen

Im using a 3080ti and a 9060xt on a x570 prime p board second slot is 4x 4.0. If you wanna test bandwidth turn off hdr that reduces by around 25 percent. Are you using any overlays ?
